Are the hair extensions 100% Virgin Brazilian hair?

Yes, our hair extensions are 100% unprocessed virgin human hair. Unprocessed means the hair hasn't been chemically treated.

What color are the hair extensions?

Our virgin hair comes in a natural hair color. A natural hair color is a combination of black and brown (1b).

Can I color my extensions?

Yes, your hair extensions can be colored. However, please note that adding chemicals to the hair can change the texture of the hair. We highly recommend having a professional stylist color your hair.

Can I go swimming with my extensions?

Yes, you can. 

​

How many bundles of hair do I need for a natural sew in?

 We recommend the following based on the hair lengths listed below. However, the amount of bundles needed is based on the customers discretion.

  2 or more bundles for 12"-16" 

3 or more bundles for 18"-24"

4 or more bundles for 26" -30" 

 

How long can my hair extensions last?

Our hair extensions are 8A grade virgin hair and can last up to one year with the proper hair care.

What is the refund and/or exchange policy?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

All sales are final.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are delivered in 4-5 business days.Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for any shipment delays caused by the carrier.
